Refunds
If you wish to return an item purchased online, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For in-store purchases, you can return items with proof of purchase for a refund. Please visit our store location with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Any items purchased on SALE or at a discounted price cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange for an online purchase, please contact our customer service team at [0540123005] or nnnbutterofficial@gmail.com. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [0540123005] or nnnbutterofficial@gmail.com. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you.
Refunds for Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped or delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
