Shipping policy

We dispatch from Accra, Ghana. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times, prices & areas can be found at checkout. On some occasion we offer same-day or next-day delivery on orders placed before 12:00 noon.

Rest of Ghana: 2–5 business days via our courier partners.

We currently ship within Ghana only however for international orders please email hello@nettyandnature.com.

Delays
We aren't liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control, but we'll always help you follow up. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — failed deliveries due to wrong details may incur a re-delivery fee.
